1.1. We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2.1. The estimated delivery time depends on your shipping address:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas & Villages: 7-10 business days

3. Shipping Charges
3.1. We offer standard shipping rates based on order value and location.
3.2. Any shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Processing & Tracking
4.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

5. Delivery Policy

5.2. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery up to two times. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
5.3. If the order is returned due to incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
7.1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
7.2. We may require photos/videos as proof before processing a replacement or refund.
7.3. If you receive a tampered package, do not accept it and report the issue to us immediately.
8. Cancellation & Changes to Orders
8.1. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
8.2. If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 24 hours. Changes may not be possible if the order is already processed.
