1. Eligibility for Returns

3.2. Customers must pack the product securely to prevent further damage.
3.3. We will cover the shipping cost only if the return is due to a mistake on our end (damaged, incorrect, or expired product).
4. Refund & Replacement Policy
4.1. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: A new product will be shipped to you.
